Training is of paramount importance at Sperling Enterprises (SE). Our training program ensures that traders receive the necessary skills to realize their full potential. Our unique training program is the contributing factor to our leadership in the securities trading industry.

Training Program

Part I
SE’s training Program is recognized for its comprehensive curriculum, which prepares trainees to be astute market competitors. The training begins with a two-week orientation consisting of basic knowledge and software. This stage is very intensive, and topics can vary from trainee to trainee. Intensive software instruction is necessary and beneficial so a new trader can concentrate solely on trading once they enter live trading.

Part II
Upon completion of classroom basic knowledge and software, the new trader will be assigned a manager. During and after the trading day, the managers will offer critiques, advice and encouragement when needed. Twice per week, the managers will provide formal seminars for traders of all skill levels. These seminars serve to provide new traders market insights and introduce them to experienced traders, which fosters the atmosphere of teamwork. Part II of training lasts about four to six months.

SE highly values the ability of its traders to contribute to the education of their colleagues by acting as teachers and or mentors. Our culture also promotes the exchange of ideas, teamwork, and synergistic relationships amongst tightly integrated departments.

• REPORT CARDS-- To highlight your trading strengths and weaknesses using Quantitative analyses over various time periods.
  
  
• VIDEO BROADCASTS-- Weekly broadcasts given by experienced traders and trainers.
  
  
• MARKET STATISTICS-- Includes major market index statistics over the most recent 5 day and 21 day periods.
  
  
• RULES & LIMITS-- Allows you to apply limits to your account, such as maximum daily loss/gain, daily shares traded, number of shares and/or positions held. These limits could be useful in helping you to remain disciplined.
